Finally, we’ve reached our last tip and I selected this one because it’s important.
Take a boat safety course.
I know, I know… you know how to operate a boat. But it’s still a good idea to see if there are new things that perhaps you are unfamiliar with.
There are many new environmental changes that have affected the industry that are good for a refresher.
Also… often it will lower the rate for your insurance, so why not!
Boat safety courses come in two varieties… book/classroom and behind the wheel.
