STORY: 

You can’t help but be motivated by spending time with Marina.  She passionate and temperamental, but you’ll also quickly discover she lives a philosophy of “why life is beautiful.”  We remember her saying, “I would gladly live out of a suitcase if it meant I could see the world.”

She loves cruises and developed the “’Sea the World’ even if it’s in your own back yard… which is why she helps Ember with her postcard project…”

“It’s not that you can’t see the world it’s that people don’t.  Imagine if you had to build a plane?  Or learn to fly one… That is hard.  All you have to do is buy a ticket!  That’s it, you’re 24 hours from Australia, just buy a ticket and go. Someone else has done the hard work.” Says the trailblazer.

And that’s Marina. 

She’s exotic and yet will kill spiders.  This was discovered while demonstrating her secret superpower of stowage organization.  Seriously, a ginormous spider crawled out of the life jacket and she squashed it… no scream, just smashed it, and went back to packing everything away including cute plates we didn’t even know were there!

And there’s a bunch of stuff… Jetty makes sure we have it all, but Marina finds places to keep it.  It really is a gift, and that’s why she shares storage ideas in the Leeward Vibe, including super cute bags… remember… the motto, “no soggy bottoms” it was actually Marina’s bag… and from that moment, paper bags were banned from the boat.”
